Important Customer Notice Regarding KTM Australia Parts Orders

Please carefully consider the following information for any orders placed for parts not currently in stock at our dealership.

Due to major delays experienced by KTM Australia’s new logistics provider, most parts are being sent via road freight and can take between 7-14 days to arrive at the dealership.

Furthermore, current complications and restructuring at KTM Austria have significantly affected spare parts lead times, meaning we cannot accurately provide information on how long these components will take to source at this stage.

This situation is impacting all dealers across Australia unless they physically have the part in stock.

If the timing of your order is a concern, we suggest contacting us via phone or email to confirm price & availability.

Please be aware that if you choose to proceed with an order, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, and by placing the order, you agree to these terms with no exceptions.

By proceeding, you also acknowledge and understand that there is currently no indication of when your part will be supplied.
